How generation costs, delivery, renewals and payment confirmation work.
How many credits does one 3D model use?

A generation currently uses 20 to 60 credits depending on the model, geometry and texture options. The model estimates on this page use a standard textured H3.1 generation at 30 credits.

How are the savings percentages calculated?

Credits Small is the shared baseline at $7.99 for 200 credits. Every saving compares the product price with buying the same number of credits at that baseline unit rate. Displayed percentages are rounded to the nearest whole number.

How are annual plan credits delivered?

Annual plans are billed once and the full year of credits is added after payment. This gives you the lowest credit price and lets you use the annual allowance at your own pace.

Do one-time credits expire?

No. Purchased credits stay in your account until you use them. One-time packs do not create a recurring subscription.

Can I change or cancel a subscription?

You can cancel before the next renewal. Your current plan remains available through its paid billing period, and you can choose a different plan for the next period.

Are the browser 3D tools included?

Yes. Viewing, inspecting and using the available browser-based 3D tools does not consume generation credits. Credits are used when you ask the AI to create a new 3D asset.

How is payment confirmed?

Checkout is completed through Creem. Credits are added only after Fomrix verifies the signed payment webhook, product, amount and currency, so returning from checkout alone does not change your balance.
