Acceptable Use Policy

Fomrix may be used only for lawful, authorized, and non-explicit AI-assisted 3D generation, file inspection, conversion, repair, and asset management. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every user, upload, prompt, request, generated result, and use of the Service.

Users must not upload, process, generate, modify, or distribute pornographic, NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content through the Service.

1. Adult and Sexually Explicit Content

You may not use the Service for:

  • pornography, explicit sexual acts, or content intended for sexual gratification;
  • sexualized nudity or sexually explicit images, models, or scenes;
  • sexual services, explicit adult entertainment, or related promotion;
  • non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual exploitation; or
  • sexually suggestive, borderline sexual, or fetish content.

2. Protection of Minors

Any sexual, exploitative, grooming-related, or otherwise inappropriate content involving a minor or a person who may appear to be a minor is strictly prohibited. Do not attempt to create, transform, model, or process such material.

3. Consent, Identity, and Digital Replicas

You may use a person's image, likeness, character, product design, trademark, or personal data only when you have all legally required rights and consent. You may not create deceptive impersonations, unauthorized digital replicas, counterfeits, or misleading synthetic media.

4. Fraud, Harassment, and Exploitation

You may not use the Service to:

  • commit fraud, scams, extortion, or deceptive commercial activity;
  • harass, threaten, defame, shame, exploit, or abuse another person;
  • promote violence, hateful conduct, illegal activity, or self-harm;
  • misrepresent a person's statements, identity, endorsement, or actions; or
  • produce content designed to manipulate or deceive the public.

5. Intellectual Property and Privacy

Do not submit material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights. Public availability does not mean that an image, model, design, trademark, character, or likeness is authorized for reuse or modification.

6. Content Safety and Moderation

We may use file validation, automated or provider safeguards, and review processes to enforce this Policy. Unsupported, unsafe, unlawful, or suspicious requests may be rejected or stopped.

You may not bypass, disable, probe, reverse engineer, overload, or evade content filters, moderation services, access controls, or other safety measures. Rewording or encoding a prohibited request to avoid detection is also prohibited.

7. Enforcement

We may reject requests, remove content, preserve relevant records, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report conduct to service providers or authorities when reasonably necessary to enforce this Policy, protect users, or comply with law. Credits consumed by work that violates this Policy may not be restored except where required by law.
